We are incredibly proud to share that Nathanyal has signed with Crewe Alexandra Academy 📑⚽️

Natty has been with us from the very beginning, placing his trust in our development process and embracing every challenge along the way. Watching his journey unfold has been a privilege, and this opportunity is one that he has truly earned.

What social media doesn’t always show are the moments behind the scenes. The growth spurts that affected rhythm and coordination. The periods where confidence wasn’t at its highest. The setbacks, frustrations, and challenges that every young player faces on their pathway.

But through it all, Nathanyal never stopped showing up.
Session after session, week after week, he arrived with the same attitude: ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to improve.

His commitment to developing his game has been outstanding. Whether it was refining his ball mastery, developing his skill combinations, improving his ball striking, or fine-tuning his movement skills, Natty approached every detail with humility and determination. 🚨PLAYERS VOICE TOURNAMENT 🗣️

This morning our U9’s and U10’s (as well as 1 U8) took part in an in-house tournament designed to give the children the chance to lead

4 teams of 7, 3 points for a win, 2 for a score draw, 3 bonus points if you had 3 different scorers in 1 game

Teams picked at random and coaches assigned to a team they wouldn’t normally work with.

The players chose the formation, playing positions and today was all about them, their voice and their development

Coaches were simply encouragers and facilitators today ensuring the players experienced building new friendships, playing with others they normally wouldn’t and the challenge of being in a new team with different partnerships

Positive feedback was almost instant from parents:

“Great for the kids to be mixed and there was some fantastic play on show”

“Great for my son to be working with older boys, being guided and inspired by them”

“Saw lots of different playing positions today, making decisions and lots of touches on the ball”

A fantastic showing of togetherness, support and development across the club

At PCT Coaching, Coaches Lewis & Logan deliver high-intensity sessions focused on developing creative technicians who can execute under pressure and finish with confidence in real match situations.

🗓 Every Other Monday (Fortnightly) - starting Monday 8th June
⏰ 5.30-6.30pm & 6.45-7.45pm

Players will develop:
⚡ Ball striking power & technique
⚡ Receiving under pressure
⚡ Playing with back to goal
⚡ Combination play & movement
⚡ Clinical finishing
⚡ Different striking & finishing techniques

Using the PCT coaching methodology, every session is built around purposeful repetition, game-realistic detail and skill acquisition principles — helping players build consistency, sharper decision-making and the confidence to perform when it matters most.
