Not everything goes to plan.

Trust me, I wish it did.

This week I was all set to launch my 2027 Yoga Adventures. The plans are mapped out, the excitement is real, and I’ve loved receiving so many messages from those wanting to join us.

But… a few legalities still need tying up before I can open bookings.

Patience has never been one of my greatest virtues, and if I’m honest, it’s been frustrating having to press pause when I’m so eager to share everything with you.

But sometimes the path asks us to slow down.

To trust the timing.

To remember that setbacks aren’t failures—they’re often part of creating something stronger, safer and better than what we first imagined.

So for now, I’m taking a breath, practising what I teach, and doing my best to get everything ready for you as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience, your encouragement and your endless enthusiasm. The Blue Lotus community really is something special, and I can’t wait to share these adventures with you very soon.

Watch this space… ✨💙

✨ MONDAY MOTIVATION ✨

This morning, beneath the darkness of a Gemini New Moon, a new cycle quietly begins.

New Moons invite us inward.

They ask us to pause.

To listen.

To notice where our energy has become scattered and where clarity is trying to emerge.

This week in our Blue Lotus classes we’ll be exploring the theme:

🌙 Refine the Mind 🌙

Inspired by the Gemini Twins, we’ll be reflecting on the dualities that live within all of us.

The thinking mind and the feeling heart.

Logic and intuition.

Planning and trusting.

The voice that seeks certainty and the voice that simply knows.

So often we believe we must choose between them.

Yet wisdom is rarely found in taking sides.

Wisdom emerges when head and heart begin to work together.

Gemini reminds us that life is rarely one-dimensional. There are often multiple perspectives, possibilities and pathways available to us at once. The invitation is not to become overwhelmed by them, but to cultivate enough stillness to discern which direction feels most aligned.

Through breathwork, mindful movement and meditation, we’ll be exploring how the breath can become a bridge between heart and mind — helping us move beyond overthinking and back towards clarity.

This New Moon is also connected to Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity and inspired expression.

She reminds us that creativity isn’t something reserved for artists.

It lives in how we move.

How we think.

How we solve problems.

How we show up in our relationships.

How we choose to live our lives.

And perhaps that’s the question this New Moon asks of us:

✨ What wants to be created through me next?

As you move through today, notice where your attention is being pulled in different directions.

Notice where you’re overthinking.

Notice where you’re ignoring what your heart already knows.

Then take a breath.

Because clarity rarely arrives through force.

It arrives through presence.

Reflection for the week:

🌙 Can I hold both heart and mind with equal compassion?

See you on the mat.❤️🙏🏾

A week ending reel… and not a yoga mat in sight. 😂

Just a car disco on the way to Fitness Camp, a suspiciously exciting new pair of trainers, a kitchen takeover involving chilli, lasagne, coconut collagen balls and homemade cherry sauce plus a bourbon banana bread, a beautiful Saturday evening with my beloved, and a Sunday watching tennis, cutting the lawns & lunch enjoyed outdoors after the sun finally decided to make an appearance.

Not featured… a wonderful Friday evening Book Club filled with fabulous company, delicious Italian food and plenty of conversation, nor the raspberry ripple ice cream that was hastily made to accompany Sunday’s roast in the sunshine.

Because wellbeing isn’t always green juices, perfect routines and sunrise yoga.

Sometimes it’s moving your body because it feels good.

Cooking food that nourishes and comforts.

Gathering around tables with people you love.

Laughing until your cheeks hurt.

Dancing badly at traffic lights.

And remembering that a full life is part of a healthy life.

As we head into a new week, perhaps the goal isn’t perfection.

Perhaps it’s simply to be present enough to enjoy the moments that are already here.

Happy Sunday, loves. ❤️

🤷‍♀️What even is wellness?

Sometimes I scroll social media and wonder if I’ve missed a meeting.

Apparently wellness now involves seventeen supplements, a cold plunge, waking at 4:43am, tracking your sleep, drinking something green and spending £300 on a biohacking gadget.

And if those things genuinely help you, wonderful.

But for many of us, wellness has become another thing to achieve.

Another way to feel like we’re somehow getting it wrong.

The yoga I teach is a little less glamorous.

It’s drinking enough water.

It’s getting to bed before you’re completely exhausted.

It’s taking a few conscious breaths when life feels overwhelming.

It’s moving your body because you love it, not because you’re trying to fix it.

It’s spending time with people who make you feel like yourself.

It’s finding moments of stillness in a noisy world.

No gimmicks.

No hacks.

No magic formula.

Just simple practices repeated consistently over time.

Because in my experience, wellness isn’t found in extremes.

It’s found in the small things we do every day.

💙 What’s one simple thing that helps you feel well?

🚂 NEXT STOPS… CAN YOU GUESS WHERE? 👀✈️🌍

One destination lies beneath dancing Arctic skies, where mountains rise from the sea and sauna heat meets icy ocean waters.

The other pulses with colour, rhythm, passion and soul at the edge of the world.

Two extraordinary adventures.
Two wildly different landscapes.
One shared intention:

To step away from the ordinary and return home to yourself.

✨ Blue Lotus Yoga Adventures 2027 are almost here.

Those who have travelled with me before will receive exclusive early access to all the details this Sunday.

General release opens on the Summer Solstice — June 21st.

As always, these are intimate, small-group experiences with just 14 spaces available on each adventure.

If you’re not already on my mailing list, now is the time.

Because some journeys begin long before you board the plane…

The only two types of “detox” I use are…

🌿 Boundaries
🌿 Breathwork

Truthfully, I cringe a little every time I hear the word detox.

Our bodies are already brilliantly equipped to do that job. Given enough rest, nourishing food, movement, hydration and sleep, they generally know exactly what they’re doing.

What I think many of us are actually craving isn’t a detox.

It’s less stress.

Less overwhelm.

Less rushing from one thing to the next.

More space to breathe.

More time to listen.

More permission to say no.

In yoga, purification isn’t about restriction or punishment. It’s about clearing away what no longer serves us so we can reconnect with what matters most.

A conscious breath can shift your entire nervous system.

A healthy boundary can protect your energy more effectively than any cleanse ever could.

So if you’re feeling sluggish, depleted or disconnected, perhaps the answer isn’t another detox.

Perhaps it’s a little more rest.
A little more breath.
A little more you.

💙 Which could you use more of right now: boundaries or breathwork?
