Lecce Meetup

What an incredible weekend it has been here in Lecce. My heart is full with all the love and memories shared at this event in this beautiful part of Italy.

A huge thank you to the organisers Claudio Nestola Chiara Canoci for all their hard work preparing this event and bringing everyone together. I think I speak for all the sponsors when I say how proud I am to be affiliated with and to have supported these guys. It has been such a special weekend full of laughs, learning and connections. This has been so much than just a meetup — it has been an experience.

Congrats to all the competitions winners, enjoy your new prizes you’ve earned them! 🥳

And finally, a big big thank you to all the attendees for joining us and travelling from all across Italy and the rest of Europe to share this weekend with us. Without you, an event like this would not be possible. What a beautiful community you have here in Italy 🇮🇹 I shall be back!

Skip2TheBeat Workshop

Had the pleasure of travelling up to Aberdeen this weekend to spend 2 days depriving a workshop for the Skip2TheBeat jump rope team here in Portsoy. So many talented girls, it was a lot of fun showing them new skills, new drills and building their confidence in power moves. A LOT of unlocks have been seen this weekend 👏🏻

Across the weekend we worked on leg crosses, ground crosses, arm wraps, mic releases, floaters, double unders, push up, frogs, 2-in-1 and double Dutch. At the end their parents joined us for a little showcase and they each performed a solo which included some of the new things they’d learned. I have to say, I’m immensely impressed with both their eagerness to learn and their willingness to try everything (on both sides of course!)

Big thank you to silvanna matheson and the whole team of organisers for making this happen so the girls could have an opportunity like this. Well worth the 500 mile trip to be here. Can’t wait to see how they progress over the next year with all their new jump rope homework! 📚

Porto public showcase 🇵🇹

Ngl, this was quite scary 😂😅 I don’t know how I look so calm in the video but inside I was freaking out with nerves when I walked up on that stage 😅🤪 on the mic was a huge hype man which helped a lot! Special thanks to and for capturing all these angles 👌🏼

Porto 🇵🇹

No music needed for this, the vibes in the room were simply amazing. Big thank you to for inviting me back as a battle judge & team captain this year. It’s a pleasure and honour to be involved and contribute to the electrifying energy they create. Their presence in this commmunity is felt across the globe and no more so than in this room yesterday afternoon.

Those that know me know that I am not particularly confident when it comes to performing in front of crowds, I get so nervous. This is the second time this year Robz has put me on the spot and it never gets any less nerve-wrecking 😅😂 that said I am always so proud of myself after I get up and do my thing, regress of the trips. That’s why I’m posting this routine without cuts to highlight that we all trip, we all get nervous but also we all show so much courage when we stand up in front of our peers and perform. I’m so proud of every single jumper who got up to perform in front of everyone throughout this weekend. You’re all incredible!
