This is a memory from 9 years ago that will always stay with me ❤️

After hearing about Jordan’s story and the work his mum, Nicola Louise Burndred was doing locally with CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young), I offered to run a charity fitness class to help support it.

I didn’t know Jordan personally, but I’ll never forget how many people came together from across Biddulph that day. It was a real reminder of how powerful a community can be ❤️

From Zoom screens and living room workouts to outdoor groups of 6, we made it work!

Looking back, I'm so grateful that we kept each other moving and connected during such a strange time. There were plenty of laughs along the way and so many friendships and memories made ❤️

🎉 You're Invited! 🎉

To celebrate 10 years since I taught my very first fitness class, I'd love you to join me for a special anniversary celebration on Wednesday 1st July.

Whether you've done one class with me or hundreds, whether you joined me at the very beginning or have only recently joined my classes – or even if you've never been before and would love to come and see what it's all about – I'd love to celebrate with you.

The evening will be a chance to celebrate 10 years of fitness, friendship and community, with a feel-good mix of some of the classes i teach, followed by refreshments and time to catch up.

It'll be a chance to reconnect with familiar faces, meet new ones, and celebrate the amazing community we've built together over the last decade.
