We are back in the evening for a big party with music, dancing, drinks and 👀 interactive games. Remember, this is BOOSTfit, we like to do things a bit differently.

This is a really special event, it’s been such an amazing decade which wouldn’t be possible without our community, instructors and supporters. Let’s celebrate BOOSTfit style 🎉

We don't have a shop, we know we should...but we don't 😂 However our tees, vests and hoodies can all be ordered either from us e [email protected] or via your instructors (group orders will save you on p&p). Please note, prices do not include postage and are sent direct from our lovely printers. It's a 2-3wk turn around from payment.

At BOOSTfit we realise that a massive barrier to moving our bodies can be the fear of leaking or not being able to control your bladder fully.
Whether you have had a baby, going through the menopause, have a medical condition, laugh too hard, or sometimes just try a new move, it can take us by surprise.
So please help yourself to a towel if you need it.
We are shame-free and judgement-free here at BOOSTfit. We all have bodies that work in different ways, that's what makes us all so wonderful.
