We regret to inform you that 21st Century Leisure has closed its doors for the final time on Thursday 16th February.
After 40 years this decision as not been an easy one, but unfortunately the current climate has made it impossible to continue.
We would like this opportunity to thank all Staff and Members for your loyalty and support over the years.

As we approach the end of January, how is your health and fitness journey going? Did you start 2023 full of good intentions but the motivation to stay on track is now starting to wain a little and you feel like you’re back to where you started?

Maybe you just haven’t found a type of exercise that you enjoy? If you LOVE dancing and you’re missing Strictly, you have to come and try a FITSTEPS class! 💃🤩

Strictly FitSteps is a dance fitness class created by professional dancers Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe, featuring some of your favourite dances such as Jive, Cha Cha, Salsa, Tango, Quickstep, Charleston and many more.

Suitable for all ages, fitness levels and abilities and is SO MUCH FUN! It’s a great way to stay active, get fit and actually do regular exercise that you ENJOY!

Some of my classes are for members only but I have a couple of community classes each week which are open to EVERYONE!
