You needn't worry no more - the carabiners are going no-where now 🔒

There's no more looking around the gym for a carabiner to go onto the machine you're on as they have all been locked in place on each machine 👌

So all you need now is the attachment you are wanting to use on the machine or cables you're on 👍

We recently visited one of our newest corporate partners for their Health & Wellness event ❤️

Providing chances to win a prize or a challenge on our Spin the Wheel game, as well as providing their team health checks, it was a great day supporting a local business 👌

We do external events so we can provide health checks or we could event do a team bonding session through exercise as examples here so if you're interested, speak to the management team or DM and we'll get back to you 💪

You may have noticed our cleaning station has disappeared off the gym floor 😲

But you need not worry, we still have blue roll stations and spray available by the cardio machines so you can clean your equipment as well as our stations in the studio and cycle studio 👌
