The main thing that lets most body transformation programs down…

is the nutrition plan. 😩

My last one had me eating jacket potatoes, low-sugar beans, and low-fat cheese for lunch.

Little needs to be said, but you can already guess how long this foodie lasted on that plan.

I have Caribbean heritage and I love my food to taste like home bold flavours, rich spices, real comfort.

We all get the same 24 hours a day, it’s how we use them that changes everything.

I used to spend hours scrolling, overthinking, or saying ā€œI’ll start tomorrow.ā€

I’d go to bed with an abundance of healthy ideas… then wake up and somehow end up having a full pack of sour patch kids for breakfast šŸ˜…

Trust me, I've been there!

But at some point, I had to stop lying to myself. I didn’t not have time… I just wasn’t using my time intentionally.

Once I started redirecting my time, even just 20 minutes at a time, things began to change.

✨ 20 minutes to prep a meal instead of ordering takeout.

✨ 20 minutes to move my body instead of another Netflix episode.

✨ 20 minutes to journal, stretch, or breathe instead of scrolling.

There was a time I trained 6 days a week. šŸ™ˆ

I showed up even when my body begged me to rest.

I tracked every calorie. Drank the protein. Took the progress photos.

Did all the things they said would make me ā€œbetter.ā€

And yet… I didn’t feel better.

I felt numb.

Bloated. Puffy. Frustrated.

Staring at my reflection, wondering,
ā€œWhy am I doing everything right… and still not changing?ā€

To be honest...

I was eating too little.

Sleeping too poorly.

Resting too rarely.

I was operating from fear. From shame.

From a place that said,
You’re not enough yet. Keep going. Do more. Be more.

And it broke me.

Not all at once.

But slowly.

Quietly.

Like a flower wilting under a sun it was told to worship.

Everything changed when I stopped punishing myself.

When I fed myself enough to feel alive again.

When I trained from love, not fear.

When I stopped chasing thin
and started chasing power.

Peace.

Pleasure.

And suddenly…

my body came alive.

My shape changed.

My spark came back.
