When Rolling Drill Goes Terribly Wrong!
We are a big believer here at New Wave West Midlands of ‘once you have the basics down, can you do them when you’re tired’.
Most stuff done in wrestling will occur 10/15 minutes into a match when your gas tank is low, this is where muscle memory has to take over to keep you and your opponent safe. Here we see Intermediate student Chris Craney failing a rolling drill near the end of a hard session.
Now we know the areas Chris needs to master before we can look at advancing him out of our mixed ability group. Man is a grafter, no doubt he’ll have this soon enough!
