The 10th of the 10th at 10am: the Universe perfect timing… surely the Universe picked this magical moment just for you BOSS! 🪄🥳

They say triple tens bring a little extra magic… ✨ so what better time to celebrate our one and only BOSS, Abel! 🥳💪🎉

Time flies when you’re having fun but apparently, it flies backwards for our Boss! 😂🎉 Another birthday, another year younger! What’s the secret Abel? More protein, more reps or just a little birthday magic? 🧙‍♂️💥

Today, the weights can wait a moment… instead, we are lifting vibes, flexing lots of smiles and celebrating Abel, the man who brings so much energy, so much motivation and so much positivity to the family.

📸 And remember… while you’re busy smashing your workout, Abel might just catch you in action with his camera, ready to capture the sweat, the smiles, the gains and those legendary Gym moments! 📷 No posing required but looking fabulous is encouraged! 😎

🎂 More candles. More gains. More laughter. More memories!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, BOSS! 🥂💪

Somewhere between the reps, the noise and the grind… then you stop for a moment and realise: “I’m not the same person who walked into BASE BODY FITNESS months ago”.

Different mindset. Different strength. Different standards.

Kyle has put in the work: the early mornings, the tough sessions, the days when motivation wasn’t there at all but he showed up anyway. You’re not where you started. And there’s still so much more ahead 💪🔥

Fitness is not just about the changes you see in the mirror. It is about the person you become along the way: stronger, more disciplined, more confident and more resilient.

So take a moment. Reflect. Be proud.

Keep going, The journey is the achievement.

Join . Let us help you find your strength. Be inspired by people like Kyle and become the person you’ve been working towards.

😂💪 Who said gym sessions have to be all serious?!

We caught Nathan sneaking in a smile between reps like the weights aren’t trying to humble him! 😅🔥

Lift heavy, laugh often and remember: the gains are great but enjoying the journey hits different! Because the journey is about more than just lifting weights. It’s about showing up, pushing through, building discipline and enjoying every step of the process.

One rep at a time. One smile at a time. The work is worth it Nathan.
