3 ladies, 3 different styles, but all the same love ❤️

Why are we doing these cards???
WHY NOT.
At Psych we are trying to bring a little more fun, banter and community to weightlifting and our club.
Each member will receive a physical copy of these cards, as their own members card.

Our Psych League is creating something completely different and raising everyone’s effort level and commitment to lifting. ⚡️

Q&A with the (previous) Psych League Leader.

Question came from the Instagram world, and his fans.

He came to Psych late 2025, unable to Overhead squat a barbell. His improvement has been outstanding, snatching over 50kg, Clean&Jerk 80kg and squatting 100kg.

His ego has taken a whack as holiday and injury see 1st place slip away, but he will be back 💪🏻 (he might be in 10th by then though 🤣)

Introducing our members cards, starting off with the one and only Declan. Who managed to hold top spot of the league for over 10 weeks, but recently lost it to CoachCow.

Word on the street is, he still cry’s himself to sleep at night, but eats a full chicken for breakfast and he has replaced his salt & pepper for creatine 💪🏻

Each week we will drop 2 more members cards 🏋🏽‍♀️🏋🏽‍♀️

Yellow Plates for PANCAKE DAY 💛🥞

Christie said, “we should only lift with yellow plates because it’s pancake day.”

So I did. 😅

Some terrible lifting but a not to shabby seasons best of 143kg … an extra kilo from big Friday 💪🏻⚡️

Very happy with that.

Now back to the plan please 👌🏼😘
