Yeah you might of noticed I have not been on here as much pass few weeks

Health has taken a bit of a wrong turn again

Couple of weeks ago I have bad seizure at home in the evening while I asleep, a end up falling out of bed , while still having a fit. Landed on my left which I damaged again

Lucky my folks were still at home and called an ambulance up. Which was like 3 mins away from the our house.

Took me a while to come around , I didn’t know what was going on. Came around eventually. In agony with my shoulder.

In the ambulance, the paramedics said blood pressure was 230/125

Went to a&e waiting to be seen, 12 hours later will weren’t seen and still waiting.

Guess what, had another serizure , landed on the floor having a fit.

Woken up in stretcher , wired up to everything.

I was more alert this time. Had a couple head scans, still waiting for the results for.

2 hours later we went home. I pretty much slepted for a whole day.

My parents told me what happened the day after. I couldn’t remember a lot of that day

Had a few days rest. Got back to work in some capacity

Sleep has been up and down trying to manage the pain in my shoulder

Past couple weeks

It’s been hospital appointments back and forth
Found out with my shoulder I disclocated again that 3 times now since march
On new medication
Booked in for surgery on the 15th fix my shoulder
Waiting to see caused these seizures

Probs not the contented you wanted to see but, that been life at the moment

But we still move. Big focus on getting my in a good place again with my health

I use to suffer with low confidence for years

From my early childhood even into my mid 20s

People commenting onto my appearance
How I looked
My Weight
Just everything and everything

Always had bullied in on form or another

Been call every name under the sun

If you pick one I have been called it

Mostly about my weight it effected my confidence for years

Always thinking about it,
Consuming my thoughts
Couldn’t switch off from it
A lot of anxiety

I use to think this is how my life is going to be, always being judged how I looked could never enjoy anything

Always suffered in silence with it, always had a small social circle, felt scare talking about with it and never trusted someone enough to mention about it either

Even when i wanted to on this i didnt know How to be confident

When I joined the gym, I started to lose weight My confidence never really improved

My turning point when confidence started to really improve was dropping the notion of caring what people think of me, it was all in my head. I was caring too much from people think

The moment I realize that, you wouldn’t have guessed i use to be like that

Just thought I share this

This is a message I had from a client a few weeks ago, who we have been working together for a few years now,

Her journey has been different compared to other people I have worked with before.

Ii fu***ng love seeing messages like this, make my job so worth it.

Her entire life she always felt she was never heard

She never felt how she could act and be herself around people, always felt she would be judge and always out a fake face on

Behind this message ,

There has been more downs and ups
Frustration
A lot of unfortunately conversations

And times they have want to pack it in

But also

A lot of personal growth & Lessons learnt

Also i did was just let them be themselves, listened and support where I could

Last week , I did a Health M.O.T with member at my gym Dene

We went thought, we looked at

Blood pressure
Weight
Waist/Hip measurement’s

And

We rated the following of 1 to 5

Sleep Quality
Stress
Daily Movement
Nutrition
Gym Confidence

Nutrition was the lowest 2 out 5, everything else was 4 or 5

After we take all the measurement’s, I give time to talk after, just to dig deeper

We got

He mentioned he recently became retired, for a couple year’s

Quite active, walk’s alot
3 days in the gym
2 days doing yoga

Has a lot of spare time

He mentioned that he snacking and it was effecting his digestion

It wasn’t a problem when he was working.

I asked him why

Said it was mainly down to boredom, and not being mindful

His current goal is to lose up to another 6 pounds and tone up

After going through that convo said i would follow up with him give some advice he can apply and follow up later date
