Saw “Dear England” at the National Theatre last night - been updated since the first one and it was once again absolutely brilliant. If in doubt give it a go and you won’t regret it. (We woke up this morning still buzzing anf have just booked to go again).

I was at about 90% of the games it revolves around (including Gareth’s penalty moment) and it brought back all the emotion.

Was on radio phone in this morningabout the England v Slovakia game at the Euros.
First bit is fan reaction, next bit is my croaky voice - hope it’s more entertaining than the first 90+4 minutes of the match last night

The book got a little plug too at the end which I wasn’t expecting.

If this is how our team play having had a chat and decided to sort things out then I wish they hadn’t. Time to wake up guys.

Our best player has been the third ball boy on the left.

Jeppers I could do more runs into the box that our world beating front line.

Just checked the match stats and I’ve touched the ball more that Bellingham and won more tackles that Rice. And can someone please please please tell Saka we are attacking the goal that Pickford isn’t stood in.

Got called by radio Sussex to chat a bit on last night’s 1-0 win against the Serbs (can have a listen below if you fancy). Voice is somewhat croaky this morning after a fair bit of singing and shouting at last nights game in Gelsenkirchen.

The ground was great but the travel to get away from the game was terrible - German efficiency has it seems gone out of the window to be replaced by an inability to co-ordinate in any way.
