Throwback to shadowing pro boxing coach Shane Mcguigan 🥊 over at Kent University.

This was another great experience learning from British 🇬🇧and Irish 🇮🇪 boxing coach Shane who is known for working with some of the biggest fighters in boxing including David Haye, world champion Lawrence Okolie, European titlist Chris Billam-Smith and heavyweight Daniel Dubois 🏅

As a personal trainer and striking coach, my goal is to learn from the brightest and most experienced minds in the game 🧠

Shadowing world-class coaches like Shane gives me inspiration for my own sessions and allows me to share expert knowledge with my clients, you guys! 🫵

As always, I’m grateful for these opportunities 🙏
