Stoke Gabriel & Torbay Police FC are looking for a new Coach/Manager to lead our Development Team for the 2026/27 season in the South Devon League.

Working alongside our new First Team management and Under 18s setup, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing talent from within the club while helping attract ambitious players from across the local area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape an exciting player pathway project at a progressive and ambitious football club.

🚨 🚨 CLUB ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Stoke Gabriel & Torbay Police FC are delighted to confirm the appointment of Connor Marshall as First Team Manager ahead of the 2026/27 season. 🐝

Connor will also be joined by Darren “Ravo” Raven as Assistant Manager, adding further experience, support and football knowledge to the First Team setup. ⚽

At just 27 years old, Connor brings energy, fresh ideas, modern coaching methods and a strong winning mentality to The Bees. He is ambitious, driven and passionate about developing players, while setting high standards on the pitch as the club continues to move forward.

This appointment is another important step in our long-term vision of building a sustainable football club with a clear identity, strong values and genuine opportunities for players to progress through the ranks.

Working alongside the club’s coaches, committee and volunteers, Connor and Darren will help strengthen the pathway from youth football, through the Development Team and into the First Team.

Our aim is clear — to give talented local players a visible route into senior football while continuing to compete and win football matches. 👊

Chairman Ben Norton said:

As a club, we are building for the future. We want a clear identity, a strong pathway and a culture that gives opportunities to local players while maintaining high standards throughout the club.

Current availability:

📅 Midweek Fixtures (away)

• 13th/14th July

🏠 Home (midweek) Availability
• 21st/22nd July

⚽ Double headers considered

Will split referee costs.
