Congratulations to Ollie who will continue his training for another year, with the The Royal Ballet School at their Newcastle associate centre.

Ollie has thoroughly enjoyed his Royal Ballet lessons over the past year and we are thrilled he has been given the opportunity to continue with them xx

We are over the moon that not only is Isla continuing her training with the The Royal Ballet School in their MA classes in Leeds but she has also been offered a place on their very prestigious ‘Scholars programme’ in Manchester, starting in September.

🩰The programme is for a selected number of exceptionally talented Year 7 students that the Royal Ballet would typically consider to be at the level to enter the school full-time.
This national initiative allows students to remain in their home communities while receiving exclusive extra tuition, performance experiences, residential camps, tailored mentoring, and structured engagement and support with parents and their local teacher 🩰

Isla’s hard work, dedication and pure focus on her dance training each week has lead her to this fantastic opportunity.We are very proud of you xx

A behind the scenes peek at our studio 🤩

We got the parachute out on Thursday to use as part of our warm up for jazz 👯‍♀️

Props are an important part of classes especially for younger children (older children love them as well!)

To keep pupils engaged we use lots of different props and equipment in classes to help focus and concentration 🧠

I’ve really enjoyed choreographing dance routines in different dance genres for the UKA Dance performer of the year competition this year ✨

Looking forward to adjudicating it this September and seeing all of the talented dancers from all of the UK 🇬🇧
