Our first kids team competition 😍

A group of our kids went down to Sheffield today to compete in their first tournament. We had a big mix of results, a few medals and an awesome day!

Well done to them all for even stepping on the mats. Huge respect deserved for their efforts not only today but every night at the gym.

Hopefully the first of many for the gang!

For the 6-week summer break, we're opening up our Tuesday, Thursday & Friday daytime classes to teens aged 10–16 completely FREE.
