Hi all
I am selling my rug washing business, it comes with an IPSO 23KG industrial washing machine, a website and page.
The machine is capable of washing multiple rugs at a time, it is supplied with an economical hot water tank and it is fitted with an auto dose that adds the detergent depending on the wash cycle.
There are several rug rails for hanging and drying items along with a fan to speed up the process.
Turn over for the last few years averages at around £12300 with detergent and reproofer costing £1300 per year and electric and water around £600.

Introducing something a little different... Wellness Wednesdays: Yard open afternoons at our centre every Wednesday 12:30-14:30, starting 30th June.

These open afternoons offer members of our community the opportunity to meet our horses and spend time with them in a calm, relaxed and welcoming environment.

We have felt very lucky to have our horses over the last year; they’ve provided us with an emotional escape, taking away stress, pressures of life and lifting our mood.

Our famous Shetland pony Spencer and our loveable Clydesdale Charlie enjoy meeting new people, so whether you’re horsey or not, please come and join us – you’ll be well looked after by our experienced, friendly instructors. You can be as hands on as you like; we’ll even give you the opportunity to take part in some therapeutic grooming sessions!

We are a RDA-approved centre and actively welcome clients with additional needs to join us, knowing the benefit and joy interaction with horses can bring. There are no age restrictions. We want this opportunity to be open to everyone in our community.

You do not need to give us advance notice of attendance but if you feel it would be beneficial to discuss your visit beforehand, or you have specific access requirements you’d like us to be aware of, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Our onsite bistro The Stables Coffee House & Bistro will be open serving delicious refreshments if you’d like to make an afternoon of it.

Our open afternoons are offered free or charge - small donation can be made to BHS Welfare/RDA will be appreciated but not obligatory.
