Here’s 3 staple meals and a snack that I eat most days that will guarantee I hit my calorie + macro targets and only take 20 minutes max to prepare while on a cut:
Meal 1 - Greek yoghurt bowl 🐐
This is my go to pre workout meal, plenty of fast acting carbs to fuel my workout and very versatile. You can mix up the toppings daily so it never gets boring and sits well on your stomach before training.
•0% Greek yoghurt - 300g
•protein granola - 50g
•90% dark chocolate - 10g
•frozen blueberries - 70g
•banana - 70g
•honey - 10g

Meal 2 - cottage cheese, bacon + eggs on sourdough 🍳
Perfect post workout meal, good carb source to restore glycogen in the muscles, plenty of good protein to kickstart recovery and healthy fats coming from the eggs.
•jasons sourdough - 100g
•kerrygold butter - 10g
•low fat cheese - 25g
•fat free cottage cheese - 100g

Meal 3 - chorizo +cheese stuffed chicken with sweet potato + salad 🍗
Last meal of the day has plenty of low calorie, high volume foods to ensure it keeps me full and avoid night time snacking. Sweet potato’s are high in fiber and very satiating, lean protein from the chicken and a lot of salad to add more volume for next to no extra calories (I don’t track salad). Overall the perfect meal to finish the day off.
•Chicken breast raw - 284g
•Chorizo slices - 20g
•Low fat cream cheese - 30g
•Low fat cheese - 20g
•Sweet potato cooked - 125g
•Paprika seasoning on outside of chicken

Snack - ninja creami ice cream 🍨
If you can afford to invest in one of these then I’d highly recommend, it’s the biggest cheat code to staying on track with your diet. I can eat one of these big tubs of ice cream every night that’s high in protein, very low calorie and just tastes like any other normal ice cream from the shop. For anyone with a sweet tooth this is an absolute game changer and can try out loads of different flavours.
•semi skimmed milk - 300ml
•vanilla protein powder - 30g
•biscotti spread - 10g
•1 crushed up biscoff biscuit
