Captain's Weekend
5–7 June 2026

What a fantastic weekend of golf, friendship and generosity as we celebrated Albert's Captain's Weekend.

Proceedings got underway on Friday with the Ladies' Stableford, followed by the Junior Stableford. Club Stableford took place on Saturday, alongside a fun putting competition and beat the pro challenge. The weekend concluded with a Texas Scramble and finished on a high with the Mixed Competition.

Congratulations to all of our worthy winners and thank you to everyone who took part throughout the weekend.

A special thank you goes to our team of volunteers who helped out across the weekend and our incredibly generous members, whose support and donations helped raise a fantastic amount for Captain Albert's chosen charities. Your kindness and community spirit truly made the weekend extra special.

Huge congratulations to BGC Junior team member, Neave, who played in the regional final of the Faldo Futures event at Matfen Hall. Neave qualified for the national final which will be held at The Belfry in August and played during the British Masters 🏌⛳🥇
