When Amy first came to me just over a year ago she was happy and confident going to the gym herself, she just lacked structure to her training.
She was using a local chain gym, attending 3-4 days per week but just turning up training whatever she fancied on the day.
She was also attending exercises classes there but with no destination or progressive programme to follow.
She was fit and healthy but wanted to push herself a little harder, gain some accountability and lose a little body fat.
She had 14 weeks to a holiday when we first started her programme.
We used a mix of strength & conditioning exercises as Amy actually really enjoys a sweaty, cardio heavy session (I know😳)
Amy attended her planned holiday feeling leaner, fitter and better in herself while wearing her bikini.
This last year Amy has set new goals, improved in technique, strength, endurance and body composition throughout
She’s a complete force to be reckoned with - she’s smashed her personal goals of improving her 1 mile and 5km run time and recently hit her he back squat PB of 100kg !!!
She is looking leaner, stronger and more defined than ever before!
We are in the process of reverse dieting out of the fat loss phase she’s just finished, meaning increasing the amount of calories she’s currently consuming per day while still dropping weight & inches.
Amy intends to continue to work on her strength and fitness, stay accountable and active while running her very own busy hairdressing business while pushing the benchmarks on other fitness tests we’ve put in place to measure her progress this year!
Shes an absolute pleasure to train & a huge member of the team!
I can’t wait to see where we get in 2021 🤩
