ABC’s MENOPAUSE FITNESS SUPPORT GROUP

I am now taking names for those interested in joining ABC’s next Menopause Support Group.

Maximum of 4 people.

WHO WOULD THIS BENEFIT?
Are you a woman
…going through perimenopause or menopause?
…who lacks confidence in the gym and is interested in learning how to train with weights?
….feeling stuck when it comes to nutrition?
….requiring a structure to help you become stronger, healthier and more positive?

WHAT WILL THE PROGRAM ENTAIL?
* 1 group session at ABC every Thursday at 7.00pm 50 minutes). This session will include cardio, strength training and mobility work.
* A workout for you to follow independently or with other members of the group in your own time. Aim to complete this workout at least once during the week.
* A nutrition plan
* An on-line support group where you can seek advice and support others.

HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST?
This two month programme (8 weeks) will cost £140. For this you get…
* 8 small group PT sessions
* A weekly gym programme
* Standard membership to ABC’s gym facilities
* Nutritional guidance and on-line support.
All this for £17.50 per week! 😁

13 JANUARY - 19 FEBRUARY
- Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Option 1: 6.00-6.50am - 1 SPACE
- Option 2: 7.00-7.50am - 2 SPACES
- £120 for 12 sessions (£10 per session)

This is the 13th ABC Small Group Personal Training Camp.since they began back in April 2024.

Some of the reasons this could be for you?
* You lack confidence within the gym.
* Your gym sessions focus too much on cardio or fixed machines.
* You feel as though you need something to kick start a healthier lifestyle.
* You are confident in the gym but need something to push your training on to the next level.
* You work better as part of a group but currently find gym classes intimidating.
* You prefer to be told what to do when training.
* You would like PT but 1-to-1 sessions are too expensive.
* You haven’t found the right gym yet.
* You know that weight bearing exercise is becoming increasingly important at your age.
* You would like more guidance to support you with fat loss.
* You want 2026 to be the year where you prioritise your health.
