WEEK 6 • DAY 2 — PRUDHOE & HEXHAM!

Another fabulous summer camp day across both our Prudhoe & Hexham sites and we genuinely can’t believe we’re now down to our FINAL 2 DAYS of Summer 2026! 😭❤️

⚠️ VERY LIMITED SPACES REMAIN FOR WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY
So if you want to squeeze in one last bit of summer holiday fun for the kids, be quick!

💦 PRUDHOE was action-packed! We kicked off with XSHOT battles, solos, duos and a huge 50v50 before tucking into hot dogs, cheesy-topped wedges and fresh salad from Healthy Prep Chef. Then it was outside for water races, water blasters and THE HOSE! 😂💦

🎨 HEXHAM had a more chilled, child-led day with free play, arts & crafts, creating our own sun hats and picture frames, another yummy scrummy lunch, then outside into the sunshine for Forest School fun. 🌳☀️

Two very different days, but both filled with exactly what summer camp should be about, fun, friendships, freedom to play and lots of happy kids!

☀️ FINAL WEEK AT PRUDHOE – MEET THE TEAM! ☀️

How are we at the final week already?!

We’re getting ready for our last week of Summer Holiday Camp at Prudhoe Community High School, so we wanted to introduce the team who’ll be there to welcome your children each morning.

⭐ Lead Coach Liam – with us all week
⭐ Assistant Coach Jacob – with us all week

And Angie & Matt, our Programme Managers, will be popping between our Prudhoe and Hexham camps throughout the week and are always on hand should anything crop up that needs our attention.

🍴 WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

We have another week of delicious, nutritious meals catered by The Healthy Prep Chef, with lunch provided each day plus a healthy breakfast snack, fruit/yoghurt and drinks throughout the day.

If there’s something on the menu your child really won’t eat, you’re welcome to send them with a packed lunch instead. We just ask that packed lunches are healthy and balanced, in keeping with the healthy food ethos across our camps, and aren’t made up mainly of sweets, chocolate, crisps and other treat foods.

Alternative meals will of course be provided for children who declared allergies or dietary requirements when registering.

And now there’s just one thing left to do…

☀️ FINAL WEEK AT HEXHAM – MEET THE TEAM! ☀️

We can’t quite believe we’re heading into the last week of our Summer Holiday Camps at Queen Elizabeth High School!

For those joining us next week, here are the friendly faces who’ll be welcoming your children at registration and making sure they have a brilliant time:

⭐ Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: Lead Coach Liam
⭐ Tuesday: Lead Coach Alex
⭐ All week: Assistant Coach Jess

Angie & Matt, our Programme Managers, will also be popping between both of our camp sites throughout the week and will be on hand should anything need our attention.

🍴 WHAT’S ON THE MENU?

Our delicious lunches are freshly catered by Healthy Prep Chef, with nutritious meals provided every day, alongside a healthy breakfast snack, fruit/yoghurt and drinks throughout the day.

We know not every child will fancy everything on the menu! Children are welcome to bring a packed lunch if they prefer, we simply ask that it is a healthy, balanced lunch in keeping with the healthy food ethos of our camps, rather than one made up mainly of sweets, chocolate, crisps or other treat foods.

Please remember, if you told us about any allergies or dietary requirements when registering, alternative meals will be catered for.

One final week of summer fun to go… and we’re planning to make it a good one! 🙌

SMALL BUT MIGHTY AT HEXHAM TODAY!

We may have had a smaller group today, but they certainly packed plenty into their day! 🙌

🔥 Dodgeball ⚽ Football 🏹 Archery 🧱 Lego 🎲 Board games
✈️ And a brilliant paper aeroplane challenge that got those creative juices flowing!

There was lots of activity, plenty of chill-out time and lots of laughs in between, exactly how summer camp should be.

And honestly, every single child was a star today. Such a lovely, well-behaved little group who were an absolute credit to their parents.

WHAT A FIRST DAY AT PRUDHOE! 🎉

Our brand-new Prudhoe camp is officially underway… and what a cracking first day!

🏸 Badminton, board games & mat races 🌳 A HUGE outdoor hide & seek (with Coach Liam even having a surprise encounter with a deer! 🦌😂)🏀 Basketball & timed races ⛺ Den building & free play
🧩 Fidgets, games and plenty of time to just play, chat and make new friends.

And after all that activity, everyone tucked into chicken biryani, rice & naan bread for lunch. 😋

⭐ A special shout-out to our stars of the day — Jackson, Blake & Riley.

Jackson for his amazing attitude, kindness and lovely manners; Blake for his brilliant can-do attitude and giving absolutely everything a go; and Riley for fantastic listening, helping others and being an absolute superstar during hide & seek. 👏

What a lovely bunch to kick off our first Prudhoe week!
