Looking for something for the family this weekend- Bellingham Show is a great day out for all the family

Broomley Grange is supporting 100 years of Kielder Forest and later this year a special tree planting event will be taking place here this autumn..

We’ve got a full day of entertainment lined up in the Main Ring at Bellingham Show!

We’ll be kicking off with the magnificent Heavy Horses, followed by an action-packed programme including:

🐴 Heavy Horses
🏍️ The incredible Kangaroo Kid
🚜 Vintage Vehicles
🌲 A special Forestry Demonstration celebrating 100 years of Kielder Forest
🎉 Plus lots more throughout the day!

What a busy week here at Broomley Grange, preparation for tomorrow nearly complete with a brand new exciting remote control car course being built, final safety checks for the open day and hosting a finale evening meal for the National Boys Brigade training course.

As ever our chef Lesley producing wonderful meals for our guests..

Broomley hosted a fantastic activity day earlier today - the 1st of 4 days over the next week, we have had fantastic feedback and this showcases just what visitors can take part on our open day on Saturday….

All income raised goes directly into keeping Broomley Grange site open, we are keen to take bookings this autumn and winter we have some spaces available.

We are pleased to share we have got an increase in 2027 bookings so do make contact to book your dates if looking for the local activity centre in Tynedale, Northumberland, North East England..

This weekend at our annual open day we ask no smoking on site is permitted to support protecting the countryside / yes there has been some rain but Broomley is still very dry and fire risk remains / also let’s give visitors a day in the countryside without smoke or va**ng vapours…

Another busy week, the team were busy over the weekend preparing for the next sets of guests.

National Boys Brigade training all week
Activity Days taking place this and next week
Open Day this Saturday

And… our Hay Meadow got partially cut to prepare for the arrival of the next development at Broomley Grange!!
