Last Wednesday we held our Ladies Championship Day which saw the finals of the Ladies Championship, Anne Duffus (Bronze final) and the Higher Bronze final. The day was well supported by our members and the weather was kind - not too hot thankfully after the heatwaves we've seen lately!

Our congratulations go to Liz Hartley who won the Ladies Championship after a nervy, hard fought final 4&3 from runner up Brenda Mills

Liz has won the Ladies Champion title a staggering 18 times - what an amazing achievement!

The Anne Duffus final was contested between Julie Nichol and Paula Noble, with Paula coming out on top. Well done to you Paula!

The Higher Bronze final was played between Alison Martin and Lynn Hardwick, with Alison winning for the 2nd year in a row. Congratulations Alison!

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to our Swing Studio fundraiser so far — every contribution is helping us move closer to our target.

Once complete, the Swing Studio will be a fantastic asset for both the club and the wider community, while generating income that can be reinvested into improving our course and facilities.

Any amount, however small, is genuinely appreciated.

A great night out — supporting a project for the whole community ⛳

Join us at Stocksfield Golf Club on Saturday 22 August for our Swing Studio Fundraising Evening.

There’ll be live entertainment, food and an auction, with all proceeds helping us raise the funds needed to secure our £4,540 Sport England grant.

The improved Swing Studio will provide a safe, modern, all-weather facility for members, local residents, beginners, coaches and golfers of all abilities.

🎟️ Tickets are £20 per person and available from behind the bar.

Come along, enjoy the evening and help us create a facility that can be enjoyed by the whole community.

Congratulations to our winners and runners-up following a fantastic weekend of golf at Stocksfield Golf Club!

The strong blustery winds made scoring particularly challenging throughout the weekend, making these excellent performances even more impressive. Well played every who battled the difficult conditions 👏👏👏
