Our adults’ classes are full but we are looking for new children (aged 4 plus through to teenagers) to join our family-orientated club in Bredbury where you can:

✅ Learn to defend yourself
✅ Increase your fitness
✅ Build your confidence and self-esteem
✅ Reduce anxiety
✅ Improve your mental health
✅ Meet new people and friends

We have our own Dojo (Pear Mill, floor 6) and a very welcoming atmosphere, a team of committed and enthusiastic instructors and reasonable prices. Our club has been going for over TWENTY YEARS!

Hope all our members, friends and their families had an amazing Xmas and the much-needed time to rest and enjoy.

We are back in just a few days (Friday 2nd and Sat 3rd) and are looking forward to welcoming you. For our current members, the New Year is a fantastic time to set a goal and work towards it …and if you’re not a member - or if interested for your child(ren) it’s a great dime to start up. We are especially looking for cadets aged 4-6 and 6 upwards to join us. Message us to enrol on a taster class.

Due to a number of our younger students moving up into the next class, we have a bit of a void in our Kickstart class.

Saturday morning 10-10:45am for kids aged 4-6. If you have a child of that age, why not let them try it? Or, alternatively if you know anyone with children of this age, please let them know. First lesson is free and no monthly sign ups etc.
