This is a reminder of ALL the gym rules.

These are the rules that are regularly being broken.

- CLEAN GYM SHOES. We will be asking people to leave and change.

- DROPPING WEIGHTS. If you can pick it up you can place it back down.

- RETURNING WEIGHTS BACK TO RACK AFTER USE. Not the closest rack, the rack where you know it belongs.

- NO FOOD IN THE GYM. PUTTING YOUR EMPTY BOTTLES IN THE BIN.

We will be asking people to leave if they are not complying.

But with all that being said we really appreciate all the members that do follow the rules. 🦍
