Out the door this morning whilst the girls were still fast asleep….. I won’t lie… I hate running but you need that aerobic base or as we used to get told “Gas in the Tank”

Doesn’t have to be a lot, or fast it’s just has to be better than yesterday.

Build it yourself

Working @ 8Reps a set..
1-3 You can feel it
3-6 Dig In
6-8 Just manage to get that last rep
Min Rest and go again.

You can smash this out in No time.

If you’ve got the time then add in another Chest and Back exercise and work them chest/Back/Chest/Back/Shoulders. If you’ve even more time throw in Arms at the end.

Been a busy few weeks recently, and those days when you leave the house before she’s awake and come home after she’s already in bed… they hit hard. ❤️

So this morning, the training took a back seat.

Instead, I got the cuddles, the snuggles and some proper time with my little princess. 🥰👨‍👧

And honestly? Well worth missing a class. 🤷‍♂️

Fitness will always be there. These moments won’t.

I’m trying to stay fit, strong and healthy so I can be the best version of myself for her — and hopefully be around for plenty more adventures together. 🌊🌅🗻🏝️✈️⛵️🌍
