It's going to be an amazing opportunity to race against some of the fastest 'Deadly Dozen' athletes in the world and see what I can do.โฃ

The World Champs aren't until 5th September, so my plan over ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐๐ค๐ ๐ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฉ ๐๐๐๐ค ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฆ ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ . I'll still be training hard, but I want to focus on some solid training blocks without the pressure of preparing for race day every few weeks.โฃ

I've also got a cycling holiday planned with my twin, which I'm very excited about ๐ดโโ๏ธโฃ.

We often talk about the physical demands of training, but it's ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐จ ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ซ๐ฅ๐จ๐จ๐ค ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ. For me, racing is always in the back of my mind as it means a lot to me, so a break from competition over the summer feels like the right move. โฃ

The goal is to recharge, build fitness, and be ready to fully go for it for the new HYROX season.โฃ
