One final push this week before Christmas kicks in and we all relax...catch up with family, friends and eat and drink what we want. 🎄🎅🦌🎁
We will be doing the same, safe in the knowledge that come January 2nd (well maybe 5th 🤣) we will get straight back to it...training regularly and tracking our food.
It's all about having a plan in place for New year and starting with something that is realistic is the best thing to do...our classes offer an excellent environment for beginners and advanced clientele...we have loads of kit to keep sessions fresh, top class trainers and our facility is fully private.
We also get to know our members as we max our classes to 10 and we are a fully private facility, so we can help you progress quicker.

Oh and did we mention our classes are just £4.50 each

It's that time of year again when we throw out the obligatory "get fit before Christmas" advertising post....we thought we'd better do something as we've not posted for a while and people will forget we exist 😳

We don't post regularly as we genuinely don't need to, we have regulars coming back week after week and work on word of mouth. But like any business new people coming through our doors always helps.

So, we are the gym above enterprise cars and hazel grove plumbing near the snooker club. We don't do body transformations just for social media, we offer affordable PT and classes that help you transform your life realistically over time, not hitting it hard for 6 weeks, having a photoshoot then going back to your old lifestyle.

There's a reason we were the 1st private personal training unit in hazel grove and still going 10 years later with minimal social media exposure.
