To whom it may concern. This letter is a personal reference fir my Krav Maga instructor Darren Ridgeway. Stuart Cox

Our names are Master kato and Master Mike and we are the instructors of Krav Maga Stockport and teach top level real world self defence
No level of fitness or martial arts needed I have known Darren for just over 3 years when I first came along to Krav Maga with my son . He has since become our coach and we’ve found him very welcoming from the beginning and very understanding to the fact that bot

h of us were complete novices to any form of self defence.. His lessons are always extremely well planned out and the sessions always run very smoothly. Everything is always explained and demonstrated to a brilliant level and he makes it easy to understand and is always willing to spend that bit of extra time one to one to ensure you understand each manoeuvre/strike properly. His instructions are clear and concise even helping us to focus on the level of aggression required and always monitoring technique with constructive comments to fine tune where needed. We regularly recommend his sessions to family and friends and feel his classes have benefited us enormously giving us new skills and confidence.

Update people fingers crossed we will have a room within the next month we just need to get our public liability certificate then we go from there we have come to an agreement where it will be Β£40 a month standing order to one of our accounts pls can I have so confirmation on numbers who want to attend definitates pls thanks in advance master kato and master Mike kida πŸ™πŸΎπŸ‘ŠπŸΎ

On Sunday 19th December we will be conducting a short ceremony to award our chief instructor, Darren 'Kato' Ridgway his Master's Belt and Certificate. There will be a free Krav Maga lesson afterwards to celebrate. All welcome. Zestus Gym, Stockport at 12.30.

Hi everyone

I am unable to teach the Krav Maga lessons, as I will be having my Hip Operation at the beginning of June and I have to isolate 2 weeks prior to the operation.

I will keep you all updated on my progress and when I will be able to resume the Krav Maga lessons.
