Julia joined the PARiS scheme 6-months ago and with the support of the PARiS coaches and her own determination, she has seen great improvements with her knee mobility and strength. Julia says the scheme has helped her a lot in terms of getting fitter, feeling more confident as well as losing weight too. Julia has been so consistent since she joined, attending the free PARiS session on a Wednesday at Houldsworth Village every single week - the PARiS coaches are very proud and impressed with Julia's progress!

Julia wanted to share her story to encourage others to join the PARiS scheme and feel the benefits that she's experienced!
