Cheadle Hulme Fitness Improve your fitness in a friendly atmosphere! Our classes meet each monday, wednesday and friday, 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Our attendees ages range from 20s to 70s!

No membership fees and no obligations - we operate on a pay as you go system. Our class instructor is a fully qualified and very experienced dance/aerobics/fitness instructor. Our class structures on Monday and Friday are half aerobics, half toning exercises. The class format changes half termly- we cover a variety of aerobic exercises - salsacise, jiveacise, zumba,etc. Our wednesday class is non

aerobic. It is a toning class, much like "legs, bums and tums" classes

Classes cost £3.50

Plenty of parking. Please arrive 10 mins before start of class for registration

Classes are now finished for the summer break. However, we will continue to do classes throughout the holidays on Wednesdays only. Usual time 1.30-2.30. £3.50 per class. Three days a week classes will start again on Monday 4th September
