A new season means updated rules, and every routine you build from now on should follow them.

Coaches, before you finalise choreography for the Winter Championships, sit down with the full document and go through it with your team. On the same page you will also find the current score sheets and the Hard Medical Items Risk Assessment form.

Coaches, read this before your team order. 👟

Team orders usually go wrong in the same three places.

✅ Sizing. Collect every size early and order them together, so nobody trains in the wrong shoe.
✅ Consistency. Keep the whole squad in the same shoe, from first practice to competition day.
✅ Timing. Order before the season gets busy, so every athlete has trained in their shoes before the first competition.

A cheaper pair always looks like a win in September. By December the grip is gone, the sole has gone flat, and the ankle support went with it.
