Just a reminder as the mercury is climbing again.. please ensure all gymnasts have a bottle of water of still juice with them tomorrow. Dress appropriately for the temperatures, sleeveless leotards, T-shirts , shorts etc. we will ensure regular drink breaks and endeavour to keep the temperature as cool as possible in the gym. Activities will be planned appropriately for the high temperatures. Many thanks 😊☀️🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏻‍♂️

Hi all, temperatures are set to be slightly lower tomorrow but still very warm. Please ensure that your children have plenty to drink tomorrow and are wearing appropriate clothing for the high temperatures. We will ensure that they have regular drink breaks throughout the session and activities will be appropriate to the heat. We will take all measures possible to keep the hall as cool as we can and will monitor temperatures throughout the day!

Please make sure all gymnasts are dressed appropriately for the hot weather today, shorts, T-shirts, sleeveless leotards etc.. MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY WILL NEED A BOTTLE OF WATER OR STILL JUICE IN THE GYM. Please don’t send them without a drink. Many thanks, Team AV 😊

Massive congratulations to our silver squad who competed at the Gymfinity carnival competition this weekend. Fabulous performances and results all round in a new challenging competition. We are so proud of you all girls you all did an amazing job! 😊🥰 Shout out to our overall age group champion Mia… lots of hard work paid off for all the girls. Well done ladies xx
