This post is so reassuring, all those women out there that do understand for real......
I am close to the finish now but this has been an incredibly tough journey for me. From a fit healthy active women to someone who gets tired walking downstairs, has to prepare for throwing up at any minute including being prepared to throw up what I just ate and watching my hair fall out and my toned body turn to mush.
I will however come back stronger for this part of my journey and I will never take my health and well-being for granted ###
Many women who suffer from find it difficult to communicate the severity of their condition to others, including family and close friends. People will often try and help you by giving you advice and opinions. This isn’t always helpful when they don’t fully understand what you are going through and it can make you feel like you are making a fuss and what you’re experiencing happens to every women in pregnancy.
You may find it helpful to have a response prepared for when people comment on your symptoms.
What comments and advice did you struggle with during your HG pregnancy and how did you respond?
