It’s taken us a few days to recover from what was an absolutely amazing weekend at HLCC! 🏏💙
Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the weekend happen. From our staff and volunteers to everyone who worked behind the scenes in the run-up to the events — your hard work and dedication never go unnoticed. Without this incredible team, weekends like this simply wouldn’t be possible.
Sunday’s T20 Finals Day was something special! The club was buzzing with supporters who came from all over to cheer on their teams, creating an incredible atmosphere throughout the day. Despite the heavens eventually opening, it certainly didn’t spoil what had been a fantastic day!
The best part is, we get to do it all again this Sunday as our very own High Lane take on Dove Holes in the final for the T20 trophy! 🏆
There are no excuses — come down and support your team! The action starts at 1pm.
Then came Bank Holiday Monday. The day may have started with rain, but thankfully the sunshine soon arrived, and the High Lane community came out in force for our annual softball cricket day.
It was brilliant to see so many people having fun and enjoying one of the events everyone looks forward to each year. A massive thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the day so special.
