Deadlifts are back 👊
▪️250kg x1
▪️220kg x5
▪️200kg x5
First time pulling 230kg+ in ~6 months… and it felt solid.
Even more so considering I’m currently cutting and went into this session on ~600 calories.
A lot of people make the mistake of backing off when they’re in a deficit.
That’s exactly how you lose muscle.
If you want to keep your size while getting leaner:
✔️ Keep lifting heavy
✔️Keep intensity high
✔️Prioritise high protein
Your body keeps what it needs.
Give it a reason to hold onto muscle.
