Our steam train trip went very well thank you for all that came and thank you to the volunteers who helped us. Everyone really enjoyed it and the food was delicious. Roll on the next trip we do.

Steam train on 19th July. If any of you fancy it please get in touch. We are all meeting at Stockport train station. If need help to get there please let us know we have volunteers to help. Then get to Bury Bolton Station for 12pm. For a hour and half round trip with food.

Good morning all. Hope your weekend was good what ever you did.
What your plans for this week? Fancy walking around a running track at wood bank park ? It’s on Tuesdays at 11am.
Or tenpin bowling on Wednesdays at 10am at parrswood?
Or swimming on Thursdays at grand central pools at 1.30pm ?
We also go for meals once a month and will be organising trips soon to either velodrome, rock climbing. Get in touch if you are interested.

Hello all. Walthew House are doing a Christmas Fair next Saturday 18th November 12-2pm. We are doing a Tombola to raise money for our group. Come on down next week and play Tombola

We raised asssibe amount of 102.00 today. Fantastic result so thank you.

Good morning all. We are doing Tombola at Walthew House this Saturday 12-2. Come and support us and win some prizes
We are a small group for the deaf and blind and we do things like walking on track for a hour a week, do tenpin bowling and swimming once a week. We go out for meals once a month Trying to do more stuff as a group that we haven’t tried before. Come and join our group if you are interested her in touch

On Tuesday our walking group went to Lyme park to visit the house and gardens and little walk on the park. Massive thanks to Northern Rail for organising.
Such an experience to get the train there and walk to the park. The volunteers telling us stories about the house.
It may of been raining but that didn’t stop our group.
Thank you to Catherine and Helen for making it happen.
Roll on the next trip.
