Getting fit and healthy is not only about working out, it's about how you fit training into your busy life, full of responsibilities and people that are dependent on you, a good example is your work and/or children. So how do we encourage progressive change both in the body and mind?
Keeping to a programme and managing small changes to your diet composition and overall daily calories will give you steady weight loss. Combine that with strength and endurance training and you get increased muscle mass and strength.
