Action Packed training yesterday at Taekwondo Academy Stockport!

We had Grand Master .johnson.108 in to deliver a session on World Taekwondo Poomsae. His detail and experience is so valuable to our students.

Then we had a guest coach .madushan.3386 to teach us some techniques from Kyokushin Karate. He is a great teacher gave us a great session with some sparring to finish!

Grateful to be part of such a Great Martial Arts community.
