Tonight we will focus on Kihon Happo 基本八法型

Foundational techniques for the Bujinkan system, split into striking, locking and throwing methods.

If you have been thinking about paying us a visit to see whether our martial arts are a good fit for you, now is a good time to try since we will be examining base techniques for the next several weeks, which will be useful for beginners.
