I am absolutely delighted to announce the return of both FAB FITNESS LOCAL COMMUNITY classes tomorrow night at Higginsons Dance and Fitness from 5.30pm.

We start with "Step and Tone" followed by "Fitness Pilates" at 6.30pm.

Both classes are perfect for beginners and those who are keen to exercising but don't quite know where to start. The class welcomes a range of participants will different levels and abilities so is accessible to the most inexperienced exerciser.

After having to cancel my FAB FITNESS classes for 2 weeks due to a knee injury, I am delighted to be able to share the news with you that I am returning to some of my classes from tomorrow night!!

However, my knees are still not 100% but I do not want to take anymore time off. Therefore, to make sure I don't rush back to my full timetable too soon, I shall only be returning to our FITNESS PILATES classes for the next two weeks by which time I hope I will be able to return to both of our classes including STEP AND TONE on April 12th. This will have given me 4 weeks to recover before returning to any impact/cardio classes.

I have an appointment with an orthopedic consultant on Wednesday so I will keep you posted if anything changes. Everything crossed all goes well!! 🤞🏻🙏🏻🌈❤️

It is with great frustration and disappointment that after returning for one week after being ill that I am now having to cancel my classes at Higginsons Dance and Fitness for the next two weeks due to an injury.

All being well, I am hoping to return on March 29th, however, depending on how well my recovery goes this date may change.

In the meantime, I thank you for your support and hope that it won't be too long before we can resume our FAB FITNESS Local Community classes again 🤞🏻🙏🏻🌈

Unfortunately, due to instructor illness, I am having to cancel tomorrow's classes at Higginsons Dance and Fitness in Edgeley.

I am hoping and praying that I'll be fully recovered by next week so I can return to getting FIT & FABULOUS with you all again 🤞🏻🙏🏻🌈

6:30pm - 7:15pm: Fitness Pilates (a calm and mindful class focusing on dynamic movements to help improve core stability and the mobility, flexibility and strength of all muscles and joints using bodyweight and various pieces of fitness equipment)
