Over three immersive days, you’ll learn how to safely guide students through aerial yoga, build intelligent sequences, and develop your own authentic teaching style.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher looking to expand your offering, or a dedicated practitioner ready to go deeper, this training is designed to give you the tools, knowledge and confidence to teach.

This weekend, a group of incredible women completed their Aerial Yoga Teacher Training at The Yoga Bee. From first wraps to confident teaching, the transformation over just a few days is always something special to witness.

This training is not about tricks. It’s about building strong foundations, understanding the wraps, and learning how to teach safely, confidently and intelligently.

Each of them leaves not just with a certificate, but with the knowledge, confidence and experience to step into teaching or deepen their own practice.

Well done to each and every one of you, you smashed it and were an absolute pleasure to teach. 🤍🤍
