For many people, the idea of coaching can feel a little unknown at first.
You might wonder whether you need to arrive with a clear goal, a perfectly formed problem or a plan for what you want to change.
You don’t!
A coaching session is a calm, confidential space to pause and explore what is really going on beneath the surface. It is a conversation that gives you room to think clearly, make sense of what feels heavy or uncertain and begin to reconnect with what you need, want and value.
Sometimes we talk about confidence, boundaries, change, identity, work, relationships or the quiet feeling that something no longer feels right.
Sometimes the session begins with one thing and gently opens up into something deeper, because life is rarely neat and our thoughts do not always arrive in tidy order.
You will not be rushed, pushed or told what to do. Coaching is not about someone else giving you all the answers. It is about being supported to hear yourself more clearly, understand what is pulling on your energy and find a way forward that feels honest and manageable for you.
You do not need to have it all figured out before you begin.
You just need space to start 🫶🏻
