A few small changes to some class times, so here’s a quick reminder of everything we’ve got on each week 👇

• Tuesday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Thursday – 7:45am-8:30am
🌳 Outdoor Classes
📍 Memorial Park, Bridge of Allan
• Monday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Thursday – 6:00pm-6:50pm
• Friday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Saturday – 8:30am-9:15am
🏃 Run Club
📍 Stirling University
• Tuesday – 5:45pm-6:45pm
💪 Bridge of Allan Sports Club
• Monday TRX & Circuits – 10:00am-11:00am
• Monday Elevate Fit – 6:00pm-7:00pm
• Wednesday Elevate Fit – 6:00pm-7:00pm
• Thursday TRX & Circuits – 9:00am-10:00am
