A few small changes to some class times, so here’s a quick reminder of everything we’ve got on each week 👇

🏋️ Strength & Conditioning
📍 Dunblane Centre
• Tuesday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Thursday – 7:45am-8:30am

🌳 Outdoor Classes
📍 Memorial Park, Bridge of Allan
• Monday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Thursday – 6:00pm-6:50pm
• Friday – 7:30am-8:15am
• Saturday – 8:30am-9:15am

🏃 Run Club
📍 Stirling University
• Tuesday – 5:45pm-6:45pm

💪 Bridge of Allan Sports Club
• Monday TRX & Circuits – 10:00am-11:00am
• Monday Elevate Fit – 6:00pm-7:00pm
• Wednesday Elevate Fit – 6:00pm-7:00pm
• Thursday TRX & Circuits – 9:00am-10:00am

⚽️ Great work from Caelan!

We’ve been working together for just over a month now, focusing on strength, movement, balance and overall athletic development to support his football. His dad recently told me he’s already noticed a difference in both Caelan’s strength and his performances on the pitch, which is brilliant to hear. 👏

The goal isn’t just to become a better footballer, it’s to build confidence, improve movement and develop good habits that will benefit him both on and off the pitch.

Keep up the hard work, Caelan! 💪⚽️

🏆 Elevate Recognition Post 🏆

One of my favourite things about coaching is seeing people grow in confidence, achieve things they never thought they could do and become a positive part of the community around them.
A huge shoutout to our recent award winners 👏

🌟 April Challenge Winner – Yvonne

Yvonne has been an absolute inspiration since joining Elevate. Through consistency and hard work, she’s lost an incredible 15.8kg, reduced her body fat, improved her health markers and completely transformed her lifestyle.
More importantly, she’s built confidence, created great habits and continues to show up week after week. A very deserving challenge winner ❤️

🌟 April Member of the Month – Levi

Levi brings brilliant energy to every session and is always up for a challenge. From tackling hikes that pushed her well outside her comfort zone to smashing the run club, she’s shown what can happen when you back yourself and give things a go. It’s been amazing to watch her confidence grow 👏

🌟 May Members of the Month – David & Darcy

These two have been fantastic examples of what Elevate is all about.

Both have been consistent, positive and have grown massively in confidence since joining. David has balanced training alongside his Duke of Edinburgh, while Darcy has continued to stay active through run club, squash and golf.

They always get involved, support others and continue to push themselves to improve. The future is incredibly bright for both of them 💪
A massive well done to all four of you.

The best part of Elevate isn’t the workouts. It’s seeing people become more confident, take on new challenges, support each other and realise they’re capable of far more than they think.

Just a little reminder of our outdoor classes and run club each week ☀️💪

These sessions are all about getting moving, feeling fitter, and training in a good atmosphere with good people 🙌

Whether your goal is weight loss, building confidence, improving fitness, getting stronger, or just meeting new people and getting out the house a bit more there’s something for everyone ☺️

All fitness levels welcome and first class is always a taster if you fancy giving it a go

Really friendly group and suitable for all fitness levels whether you’re getting started, getting back into training, or wanting that extra push 👊
