Very excited to have HYROX Elite 15 athlete Liam McCroary join us for a special masterclass on Tuesday 18 August (18:00 start)!

Liam will be offering tips around technique and strategies in the first section of the class before leading the group for a workout and then rounding things off with a Q&A session.

The event is open to members and non-members so don't miss out on your chance to gain some valuable insights ahead of the new HYROX season!

👏 Huge congratulations to artistic gymnasts Cameron Lynn and Crystelle Lake, who have been selected to represent Team Scotland at this summer’s Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games.

👏 The duo are the latest athletes confirmed to compete, bringing the total to 18, with 16 swimmers from our renowned high performance programme already announced.
