Can provide one to one, group training sessions and customised gym training programmes. Extremely passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their individual goals. Grip strength
Your hands are the connection point for all upper body lifts and some lower body lifts as well, therefore it makes sense to have a strong grip to be able to handle the load being lifted properly.
A strong grip will improve all lifts through increasing radiant tension .
Low grip strength can predict an increased risk of functional limitations and disability as we get older.
