CSU - the Cheerleaders of Stirling University! Cheerleader, Dancer, Gymnast, Total Beginner? CSU will welcome you! Our club encompasses many aspects of fitness due to the nature of the sport, and as a result, has become a desirable option for those with past experience and beginners alike. Cheerleading involves aspects of dance, jumps, tumbling and stunts - usually forming the basis of a routine.

CSU has recreational members, competing teams, and many fun socials, so we have something for everyone! CSU has four main competing teams: Cheer Level 1, Cheer Level 2, Pom and Lyrical
The competition team for the 2021/2022 year is chosen in October, and we would encourage all who are interested to get involved! Many of our past competitive members started off with no experience so don't be put off! If you have any questions about our club feel free to email our President Amy ([email protected])

CSU Final Dinner 25/26⭐️

Last month CSU held our annual final dinner to celebrate a successful year for the club💚Well done to every single member of CSU for your hard work and dedication for the past year and to our award winners!

We are so proud of everything the club has accomplished this season and can’t wait to keep growing and see what CSU can do next year🤟🏻

A big thank you to our brilliant social secs and Meg McCormick for organising an amazing night for everyone!! We all had the best time and are so excited to see what you will do next year✨

Little throwback to our England competitions, Telford and Legacy, where we spread the word about Wildpacks Summer Camps 🇺🇸 📣💚

We met so many amazing athletes from universities across the UK and spent the weekend handing out flyers, making sure they know what amazing opportunities Wildpacks has to offer! Working with over 300 camps in the USA We hope to see some of those lovely people we met in England having the best time at a summer camp! CSU wish you the very best in your travels and hope you have a lovely time at camp 🐸🇺🇸🫶🏻

⭐️CSU 2026 SHOWCASE⭐️

CSU held their annual showcase to showcase all of our amazing routines to all of our friends and family at the end of our successful 25/26 season. With doing things a bit different this year and holding 2 showcases, we are so proud and grateful for the turnout we received💚

What an amazing day we had getting to perform these routines for one last time (the last time for our lovely leavers🥺)

A massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported us throughout our 2 showcases🫶🏻

Thank you so much to our lovely sponsor Alan from Team Alexis Rose Fitness Family who came and held a stall at our showcase to raise awareness for meningitis and septis in a university setting. We cannot thank you enough for the amazing support you have given CSU this year!!🌹

Another thank you to our amazing hosts , We are so incredibly lucky to have you guys beside us. We love you all💚⭐️

Thank you so much to our alumni for coming along, we absolutely love having you guys there cheering us on!💝

And last but not least a massive well done to the whole club for an amazing year. You guys have put in so much hard work and effort this year and it has truly paid off🥺

Last week CSU had their last comp of the season!⭐️

What an amazing way to end our 2026 comp season🫶🏻

Here are our results:
🥉Level 1- 3rd place
🥇Level 2- 1st place and cheer GRAND CHAMPS
⭐️Varsity showcase
🥇Jazz- 1st place
🥇Pom- 1st place and dance GRAND CHAMPS
🥇Pom duo- 1st place and duo GRAND CHAMPS
🥇Hip-Hop- 1st place

We are so incredibly proud at how each and everyone of our athletes performed💚

Our teams have achieved some AMAZING results at competitions this year and we are so incredibly proud as a club🤟🏻

💚CSU SHOWCASE 2026💚

Tomorrow our tickets for our annual showcase will go live at 10am‼️

The last date to be able to purchase tickets is Monday the 6th of April before 5pm💚

This year we are doing things a bit differently and will be hosting 2 showcases🕺

⭐️Matinee- 2-4pm
⭐️Evening- 7-9pm

Our showcases will take place on Wednesday 8th April in the University of Stirling Sports Centre‼️

Make sure to get your tickets before it’s too late as the will definitely SELL OUT‼️‼️

This is a showcase not to be missed🏆🤟🏻

⭐️🐸NATIONALS WEEKEND🐸⭐️

What an amazing 2 days CSU had down in England competing at Legacy and BCA Telford🤟🏻

This was our first time ever as a team competing at Legacy, and we had the best time💚

Every single one of our teams left with amazing results and we couldn’t be prouder of the club🥰

LEGACY RESULTS:
🏆Level 1- 3rd place
🏆Level 2- 6th place
🏆Jazz- 1st place
🏆Hip-Hop- 2nd place
🏆Pom- 1st place, GRAND CHAMPS and judges CHOREOGRAPHY AWARD

BCA TELFORD RESULTS:
🏆Level 1- 2nd place
🏆Level 2- 1st place, CHEER GRAND CHAMPS and PHENOMENAL PERFORMANCE award
🏆Jazz- 1st place
🏆Hip-Hop- 1st place and PHENOMENAL PERFORMANCE award
🏆Pom- 1st place, DANCE GRAND CHAMPS and INNOVATIVE CHOREOGRAPHY award

Our pom team WICKED💚scored an incredible (98.7) at Legacy which is AMAZING!! They are sitting as the GRAND CHAMPS WINNERS for the last 4 years at Nationals🏆

This was our level 2 teams first time receiving GRAND CHAMPS at nationals which is an INCREDIBLE achievement 🫶🏻

This was our Hip-Hop teams first year at nationals as a team since 2018 and we couldn’t be prouder of the results they achieved both days🤟🏻

Every single one of our teams went out there and gave their all and we couldn’t be happier with how amazing our nationals weekend went⭐️

Well done to each and every member and captain part of CSU, you all SMASHED IT🥺

We can’t wait to go out there and have the best time at our next comp this weekend🫶🏻💚

Our competition teams smashed their very first comp of the season 🫶🏻

🥇Level 2- 1st place and Cheer grand champions

🥈Hip-Hop- 2nd place
🥈Jazz- 2nd place
🥉Pom- 3rd place and the Choreography award

We are so incredibly proud that all of our teams placed in the top 3💚!!! We cannot wait to head to nationals soon and show off our routines again🤟🏻
