Welcome to the University of Stirling Squash Club page! The game of squash is a game for all! We have a range of abilities here at Stirling University.

This is a great way to have some fun, meet new people and make great friends, and all while getting some fantastic exercise as well. It doesn't matter if you've never touched a racket before and don't know the rules, or if you're a club player with many years of experience. Hey guys, we got good news for you! We finally have a date for the GIAG (Give It A Ago) for Stirling Uni Squash Club🤩

💚The GIAG session will be next Friday (29.9.) from 6-7pm.

💚Unfortunately we are still unable to use the squash courts at the sports center, which is why the GIAG and the upcoming training sessions (a post about training will follow) will take place at Bridge of Allan Sports Club.

Hey guys!!

We just wanted to post a quick update on the current situation, regarding the closure of the courts due to RAAC. For those of you that don’t know yet, unfortunately we are unable to use the squash courts for the time being. The union is currently working hard trying to find alternative courts we can train on for now. As soon as we receive an update, more info will be posted here, also about training and the give it a go session!

Hey everyone, happy new year! Here’s a look back at some of the stuff we did in 2022.
Once again thanks to and the vice chancellor’s fund for their support.
We’re excited for the 2023 season!

On Tuesday the 22nd of November from 6:00pm - 8:00pm we'll have a silly tournament which involves wearing mustache in support of Movemeber. If your mustache falls off at any point during the tournament, you will receive a forfeit or handicap for the rest of the game.
There will be a £2 entry for the tournament in order to raise money for Movemeber. Please come along! It's for am important cause and it will be a lot of fun! 💚 DM or check the chat for details

We took part in hairy training for !
You don't have to be a man to change the face of men's mental health. Maybe it looks funny Maybe it looks silly But maybe. Just maybe... it starts a conversation. And that's all it takes to help somebody in need- a conversation. Whether your a mo-bro or a mo-sis it's more than hair, more than a tash, more than just one session. Keep spreading the message, it might just save a friend, partner, family member. As although our physical health is visible to see or mental health isn't as simple. Reach out and check in on a mate at your training today just like we did

We recently held our first professionally coached session with Jane Martin. Jane is a previous top ten player on the PSA world tour and has been awarded Scottish coach of the year. The session was great, and we look forward to having her back again soon! This wouldn’t be possible without the funding we have received through the Vice Chancellors fund and we wanted to say thanks again for all the support they have given us.
